Senior Associate, Land Agent

Scout Clean Energy is seeking a Senior Associate, Land Agent to identify, acquire, and manage land parcels for renewable energy projects. The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, technical knowledge, and project management expertise.

Requirements

• Identification and outreach to individual landowners within the AOI
• Negotiating and obtaining signed lease, easement, and/or option agreements
• Documenting interactions with landowners in Salesforce and line lists
• Study local permitting and governmental ordinances
• Utilize GIS-based software tools to identify prospective projects
• Serve as high-level support for external land agents
