Job Description
Scout is seeking a Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure supporting renewable energy power plants, remote operations, and corporate offices. This role requires technical expertise in network security, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, security compliance, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise networking experience
- Expertise in network switching and firewall technologies
- Strong experience with WAN solutions and communication protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking solutions
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong project management, process development, and team-building skills
