Associate, Real Estate

As Scout’s Real Estate Associate, you will help Scout deliver on its commitments to an important group of business partners, landowners, while working closely with internal and external Land Agents, Project Managers, Real Estate Title, and Development Legal teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the Renewable Energy and/or Land Acquisition field, or a combination of Land Experience, education, and relevant transferrable experience
• Self-motivator with exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive duties
