Job Description
Join the Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID) as a Grants and Loan Collection Officer to support key Scottish Government priorities and develop your career. As part of the Customer Service Delivery team, you will assist with the assessment and processing of applications and claims, and deliver excellent customer service to crofters and rural communities across Scotland.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including Rural Payments and Services
