Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager at the Scott Family Amazeum will oversee the functions of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, payroll, financial reporting, budgets, record keeping and financial controls. This role is designed to grow into broader strategic leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping and experience leading or supervising staff, projects, or key accounting processes
• 2+ years experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office OR Google Office Suites
• Great attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, and confidentiality
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills
