We are seeking a bright, knowledgeable, and curious Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Salesforce experience to lead and elevate our quality engineering strategy. Requirements
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgs
- Ability to design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide
- Completed multiple Enterprise level Salesforce platform implementations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework
- Experience with deployment processes and release management processes using tools like Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins and Salesforce DX
- Familiarity with package-based deployments, Metadata API and Ant Migration Tool
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Data Loader, Data Stage, Talend, and Mulesoft
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom UI development
- Ability to troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis and use internal defect tracking tools to create detailed, high-quality error reports
- Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban) and collaborating across multiple teams
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
- At least 2 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated): Salesforce Developer 1, Salesforce Developer 2, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant
