Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics (or equivalent work experience)
• At least two years of professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Good sales or sales negotiation skills, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to express views effectively both internally and externally
• Good credit skills
• Ability to offer integrated solutions by leveraging extensive knowledge of Bank credit and deposit services as well as customer profitability models
• Ability to perform due diligence to evaluate the financial situation of the client company for transactions with low to moderate complexity
• Good knowledge of customer integration processes, Know Your Customer requirements, and anti-money laundering measures
• Good computer skills, including practical knowledge of the Microsoft suite and other commercial platforms and systems
