Business Analysis Specialist s

The Business Analysis Specialist is responsible for resolving complex business problems for assigned Lines of Business, managing multiple small projects, and providing ongoing support to all assigned units worldwide. The incumbent will formulate and define systems scope and objectives, devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, and analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements and translating them into proper systems requirement specifications.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of practical experience
• Recognized under-graduate degree in business, economics, mathematics or a related discipline
• Advanced knowledge of financial instruments, including market conventions and valuation methods, risk management methodologies and models
• Good analytical skills to apply knowledge to independently resolve complex business problems
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management
