The Benefits and Leave Experience Advisor is responsible for accurately and timely executing employee leave data changes, reviewing and answering escalated inquiries, and gathering information to resolve escalations. The role involves championing a customer-focused culture, ensuring data accuracy, and proposing recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resources or pursing education in related field
- CHRP designation is considered an asset
- Experience in a call/contact Centre or in a customer focused area an asset
- Knowledge of Benefits functions would be an asset
- Knowledge of HR transactions and Pay cycle impacts
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity
- Strong team player skills – experience with working with teams
- Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with transaction processing and data management
- Experience in conflict / issue resolution
- Strong verbal and written skills
