Underwriter, North American Binding Authority - SCOR Business Solutions (SBS)

The Underwriter will manage the existing portfolio of SCOR Specialty Insurance by renewing, endorsing, and assessing risks, enhancing SCOR's market position, and representing the company at international events. The role involves analyzing offers, generating new ones, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to claims settlement. It also requires ensuring compliance with international licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Manage existing portfolio (renewals, endorsements, risks, client visits, meetings, claims involvement)
• Develop and promote SCOR’s market share and leadership position
• Negotiate bespoke service line wordings
• Respond to client enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, risks, and declinations
• Control and verify premium income
• Contribute to claims settlement
