Job Description
SCO Family of Services is seeking a Case Planner to support the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and youth in foster care. The Case Planner will work with families to develop and implement service plans, address barriers, and identify changes to achieve goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Approved background clearances and fingerprinting
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Connections
- Valid NYS Driver License
