Program manager Defense & Security

As a Program Manager Defense & Security, you will be the key point of contact between the customer and ScioTeq, overseeing and coordinating various projects related to defense & security solutions. You will lead and manage Defense & Security program plans, participate in proposal efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting all contractual and internal financial requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in Aviation or Defense industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent English, Dutch and French knowledge an asset
• Strong organization skills, time management, and ability to work as primary contact with major customers
• Proven experience as team leader with a pro-active approach to program management
• Demonstrated business analysis experience
• Basic affinity for technical matters such as electronics and software
• PMI certification an extra advantage
