Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Projects - Product Development to accompany the design and market launch of new product ranges in the air treatment domain. The role involves developing product ranges that meet market expectations while respecting deadlines and working closely with the product marketing manager and methods manager.
Requirements
- Pilot and coordinate product development projects (planning, costs, deliverables, milestones)
- Analyze the technical offers of competitors and suppliers to feed innovation
- Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, production, quality, and purchasing teams
- Chair project steering meetings, ensure reporting, and document key stages according to ISO 9001 standards
- Participate in the technical selection of components and suppliers, in conjunction with marketing and purchasing
- Define qualification tests with the internal laboratory and external contractors
- Ensure the technical and regulatory conformity of developed products
