• Help Supervisor improve product flow.
• Assist with technician certifications and training.
• Implement 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Assist with Quality Procedures and Team Notes.
• Assisting Supervisor with daily tasks and covering shifts.
• Delegate personnel and maintain product flow.
• Communicate with Production Control.
• Work with Production team to reduce nonconforming products.
• Work with Supervisor to reduce scrap and rework.
