Job Description
Join our team as an IT System Administrator in Magdeburg, Germany. We work with modern technologies, take responsibility for stable and secure IT systems, and have a real influence on processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the administration of system and network infrastructure in medium-sized IT environments
- Very good knowledge of modern Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies), virtualization technologies, as well as networks (Layer 2/3, VPN) and data backup and restore concepts
- Experience in patch and lifecycle management, as well as working according to established ITIL-oriented processes (incident, request, and change management)
- Strong hands-on mentality with a self-employed, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoy automation and scripting, e.g. with PowerShell, to optimize IT processes
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2) in word and writing
