Executive Assistant

Seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a team of Portfolio Managers, Head of U.S. Fundamental Equity, COO of Global Fundamental Equity, and Deputy COO of Fundamental Equity at Schonfeld in New York City.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
• Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
• Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Self-Starter, personable, mature, team player, and poised
