Job Description

They are seeking a Vice President of General Manager for Germany to lead expansion efforts, collaborate with regional leadership, and deliver comprehensive commercial and operational strategy. This role is critical for increasing shareholder value and establishing the brand globally.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of overall progressive experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech and rare disease experience.
- Proven Germany experience in a leadership role within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Germany pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience building and developing a high performing cross-functional team.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and German.
- Experience leading Biopharma teams with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical responsibilities are preferred
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, communication and enterprise leadership
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
