Job Description
SNK is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive growth, increase visibility, and generate qualified project inquiries. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy, analyzing data, and collaborating with the Pre-Sales team to qualify leads. The position offers freedom of design and direct management experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Growth Marketing or a similar data-driven role in a management agency or professional services environment.
- Excellent knowledge in marketing, performance marketing, content marketing and growth hacking.
- Completed degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field (desirable).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to formulate hypotheses.
- High motivation, curiosity, and initiative.
- Excellent German and English skills.
