Job Description
The MJCC is seeking Part-Time Lifeguards to maintain the safety and enjoyment of its aquatic spaces. Lifeguards will enforce rules, assist swimmers in need, administer first aid, and serve as primary responders to patrons. The position involves routine duties such as pool maintenance, chemical testing, and guest service. Staff members are encouraged to utilize their existing knowledge of water safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- Prior lifeguard experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be age 15 or older
