We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to work remotely from Beijing, China. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the entire B2B sales cycle to hotels, hospitality, commercial complexes, shopping malls or chain retailers, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship development, proposal writing, negotiations, closing sales, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience
- Proven success in sales within industries such as hotels, hospitality, commercial complexes, or chain retailers
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new accounts, with a focus on solution selling
- Solid experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
- Strong communication skills, able to listen well and connect with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on prioritization and time management
- Proficient in logical problem-solving, data analysis, and attentive to numerical details
- Capable of understanding and clearly conveying relevant business and technical information to various audiences
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficient in both written and spoken Putonghua and English
