Job Description
Scatec is seeking a Senior Electrician for a Plant in Kathu, Northern Cape, South Africa, to contribute to a growing renewable energy company. The role involves electrical work on the plant, modification, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. The company aims to deliver innovative renewable energy solutions and improve quality of life through sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Perform Electrical work on the plant: Modification, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Complete routine safety documentation.
- Perform switching, isolation, safety test, and LOTO duties according to Authorisation level.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Control and perform inspections on BESS, trackers, and PV electrical equipment.
