Payroll Manager with focus on data, tech- and projects.

We are looking for a Payroll Manager with a strong focus on data, digital workflows and projects, who wants to be a key player in the development of Scania’s payroll processes. As a manager for one of our payroll groups, you have both an operational and strategic role with focus on improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience of managerial positions
• ability to inspire, guide and empower individuals and teams toward achieving shared goals
• holistic overview of the process flows from pre-systems to payroll, time- / travel management and post-payroll activities
• deep understanding of how systems are connected and how the process flows through them when it comes to time- and payroll processes
• good knowledge about the Swedish payroll legislation, collective agreement
• experience of leading and contributing to projects related to digitalization, automation and improvements
• strong analytics skill
• ability to shift perspectives and drive long-term initiatives that align with and the organizations strategic direction
