Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and controlling
- Significant experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization
- Familiarity with Navision and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
- Problem-solving mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies in processes and finding suitable solutions
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work
