We're looking for a Creative Producer to join Scaling.com as the strategic right-hand to our Head of Production. This role will touch on each of the pieces such as MasterClass-level training content, educational modules, case studies, and research-backed content rooted in strategic psychology. The role will require strong creative conceptualization, writing skills and marketing experience, an understanding of production workflows, and the ability to write briefs and copy for editors and designers.
Requirements
- Become a master of the Scaling Framework — internalize it deeply enough to direct content that teaches it
- Write creative briefs for editors and designers that translate strategy into executable direction
- Partner with the Head of Production to develop and evolve our creative approach
- Serve as the keeper of brand voice and philosophy across all content
- Write copy for static ads, video ads, and web pages
- Script video content including ads, VSLs, and educational materials
- Support marketing with copy that converts — headlines, hooks, CTAs, landing pages
- Manage workflows and timelines across video and design teams
- Coordinate projects from brief through delivery
- QA all creative output — ensure everything meets the world-class standard before it goes out
- Keep the production machine running smoothly
