Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant for Scaleworks family of funds as well as some of the operational companies in the portfolio. This role will be responsible for daily transaction entry, monthly close, and ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Daily cash, credit card and accounts payable transaction entry in multiple legal entities
• Prepare accurate bank and account reconciliations for monthly closes
• Generate intercompany invoices and reconcile due to/from amounts
• Perform journal entries with supporting documentation and schedules
• Follow accounting policies and comply with internal control procedures
