Job Description
Scaleway is seeking a Product Documentation Manager to lead the evolution of documentation and learning content. This role involves ensuring the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of documentation across products and services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The documentation ecosystem will be strengthened by a strong team and a culture focused on innovation and inclusivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical writing and documentation management
- Solid expertise in documentation processes, translation workflows, and QA
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, and Figma
