The role involves providing administrative and accounting support, including invoicing, billing, and tax filings. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proves experience in administrative, billing, or accounting roles
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM/accounting platforms (preferably MS SL or similar)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of invoices, billing, sales tax filing, and reconciliations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written English skills
- Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones (PST, CST, or EST)
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Introductory video submission required
