Job Description
Scale AI is seeking an accomplished Director of Product Marketing to lead their team and help maintain the brand, develop new products, and inspire the sales team. This role involves market research, go-to-market strategy, product launch leadership, sales enablement, team building, and overall product marketing effectiveness. They need a director proficient in AI/ML and a collaborative, data-driven leader.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B and/or B2G environments.
- 4+ years building and leading a high-performing team of individual product marketing contributors and/or managers.
- Understanding of AI/ML technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and business judgment.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
