Requirements

• Manage Main Contracts
• Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements
• Support and coordinate the development of contracting strategies, including Sub-contracts & Supply Chain
• Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and signatory powers, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern
• Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting
• Participate in and provide input to Risk and Opportunities management
• Provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project
• Ensure Guarantee period management
