• Engineering project management experience
• Engineering design and calculation tools proficiency
• Concept development and plant layout expertise
• Detailed design and systems engineering skills
• Inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring experience
• Sub-contracting and site engineering experience
• Analysis and planning skills
