Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to manage custodial employees and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The supervisor will coordinate activities, train employees, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct inspections, and report issues. This role involves managing custodial personnel and contributing to operational excellence.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
- Minimum of two to three years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) with 2+ years experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years experience.
- Minimum one year related experience and/or training.
