Regional Site Specialist II, International

SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, including towers, buildings, rooftops, DAS and small cells. We are looking for a Regional Site Specialist II, International to coordinate and plan the routes and preventive and corrective maintenance of sites owned by SBA in the assigned geographic area.

Requirements

• Continual auditing/updating of site information
• Resolve and/or attempt to resolve safety, regulatory, and operational issues
• Schedule and coordinate emergency responses
• Manage tower site drawings
• Coordinate 3rd-party contractors for site inspections and maintenance
• Support tenant leasing process
• Review and approve Notice to Proceed requests
• Perform site audits for tenant compliance
• Maintain company vehicle and tools
