Requirements

• Support the evaluation, design, and implementation of operational processes related to property owner services, following best business practices.
• Learn, absorb, and detect opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
• Collaborate with the team in reviewing current workflows and proposing adjustments that optimize the operation.
• Perform detailed analysis of site documents, operational records, owner requests, and other relevant information.
• Prepare operational reports and support data analysis for decision-making.
• Manage owner requests in accordance with established processes.
• Record all interactions (calls, emails, information) in the corresponding work tools.
• Respond to calls and emails as needed to meet company objectives.
• Support the management team in quality control tasks.
• Collaborate in off-line administrative activities as needed.
