Sales Operations Manager (Dublin, CA or USA Remote)

SavvyMoney is a leading San Francisco East Bay fintech company seeking a Sales Operations Manager to elevate and streamline our sales engine. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills to lead pricing governance, oversee Salesforce and CPQ workflows, improve sales processes, and own data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or fintech company.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ; ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize pricing and quoting workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, large dataset manipulation).
• Strong analytical abilities and extreme attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Experience managing or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills—able to translate complex workflows into clear guidance.
• Proven ability to meet business-critical deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
