Saving Innocence is a organization that supports and empowers children and adults impacted by human trafficking. The Crisis Case Manager & Advocate role is a critical position within the organization, responsible for providing direct advocacy and support to those who have been impacted by exploitation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, psychology, or related field, OR two (2) years of college and four (4) years of experience providing direct services to victims of human trafficking or sexual violence
- Minimum of one (1) year of case management experience
- Direct experience with at-risk youth, adolescents, or adult victims of crime
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to write professional reports and documentation in both languages
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to the experiences of Spanish-speaking clients
