The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of building electrical and mechanical systems, including electrical and backup power systems, water supply and drainage, air conditioning systems, and fire safety systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields, engineering, electricity, electrical engineering, etc.
• Basic knowledge of building electrical systems
• Ability to work effectively in emergency situations, under pressure
• Ability to work in a team, with discipline and a sense of responsibility
