Job Description
BRESSOR SA is a subsidiary of SAVENCIA, producing fresh cheeses like Carré Frais, Billes St Môret, and Caprice des Anges. The Production Operator at Grièges site will be responsible for operating the production, packaging, and boxing of cheeses according to production plans. They will monitor equipment, ensure hygiene, report problems, and participate in quality control.
Requirements
- Operate the production, packaging, and boxing of cheeses according to production planning.
- Install, prepare, and put the workstation in operation.
- Trace production and report anomalies.
