Job Description
Provide legal advice to executive leadership and staff, review subcontracts, and lead efforts to represent BSRA in matters involving litigation and contract issues.
Requirements
- Provide legal advice to executive leadership and staff that is clear, timely, and actionable
- Review subcontracts and other agreements
- Lead efforts to represent BSRA in matters involving litigation and contract issues
- Maintain up to date knowledge of governing law and BSRA's Prime Contract with DOE
- Uphold BSRA's Code of Conduct, values, and ethics
