Job Description
Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking motivated Prep/Pantry Cooks to join their culinary team. The team delivers exceptional dining experiences with three championship golf courses and seven dining venues. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of menu items while ensuring food quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Proven cooking experience (Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook)
- Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Culinary school training a plus
