Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a quantitative field
• 6-8+ years in Data Science/ML, including 2-4+ years leading teams (or 8-12+ years in advanced analytics/ML, including 4-6+ years leading larger or multi-disciplinary teams)
• Proven experience delivering ML solutions into production environments
• Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, using Python-based ML frameworks
• Experience with ML lifecycle and orchestration tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.)
• Ability to define and drive AI strategy across business units
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
