Job Description
Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Structural Designer to develop CAD 3D models of steel structures and concrete foundations for use in 2D drawings. The role involves collaborating with mechanical and electrical designers to optimize designs, traveling to client facilities, and adapting to different technologies. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a focus on sustainability and employee well-being.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in structural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or MicroStation)
- Awareness of American Concrete Institute (ACI) and American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC)
