The Lead Electrical Specialist 1 - Construction Management role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and safety of client's power plants' electrical systems. This includes overseeing fieldwork, strategic planning, and team collaboration to manage greenfield, brownfield, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across client's power generation assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise in power plant electrical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States
