Job Description
This position is for a Screw Machine Operator/Set Up at the Nicholasville, KY facility. The role involves operating various screw machines and CNC Lathes, ensuring accurate cuts, and maintaining machine operation. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting work. Flexibility to run multiple machines simultaneously is required.
Requirements
- Reads and interprets blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Installs and adjusts cams, gears, and stops.
- Maintains machine speed, feed rates, and tool positions.
- Inspects work using gauges, plug gauges, thread ring gauges, and micrometers.
- Adjusts machine controls.
