Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for their College Park, CA community. The role involves both routine maintenance tasks, renovation work, and responding to maintenance service requests. They are a privately held real estate development firm focused on commercial properties in the western U.S.
Requirements
- Experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- Knowledge and skill in performing quality work
- Proficiency in using required tools and machinery
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS requirements
- Reading and interpreting service orders
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to work weekends
