Job Description
SAPI is seeking a proactive Collections Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves managing outbound communications, supporting external collections partner prep, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. The position is hands-on, offers training, and contributes to improving collections processes while supporting customers.
Requirements
