SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Platform, RBP, JPB, TIH, Story Reports)

SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to provide consultant level expertise to support cloud customer adoption. The role involves delivering tailored adoption recommendations, developing exclusive content, and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a challenge that matters and offers continuous learning, growth, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite with special attention to RBP, JPB, TIH, Story Reports, Mobile and the SuccessFactors Platform functionalities.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
