We are looking for a Sales Support agent to join our Sales Support Automotive team in Utrecht. The ideal candidate is a communicative and analytical top performer who enjoys being in contact with customers. As a Sales Support employee, you will be the link in the chain within the entire process of closing our financing products for our customers.
Requirements
- Take ownership of ongoing requests and take responsibility for completing them as quickly and as well as possible
- Contribute daily to the processing of workload
- Be the point of contact for incidents/complaints handling with regard to received requests
- Be the point of contact for the Operations department, Sales, and Underwriting
- Have a hands-on mentality, commercial drive, and know how to make both customers and colleagues enthusiastic
- Have a minimum MBO+ work and thinking level
- Be result-oriented, communicative, and accurate
- Have a commercial drive and know how to make both customers and colleagues enthusiastic
- Have a 'can do attitude' with respect for laws and regulations
- Be willing to push yourself to the limit
