Product Engineer

Sano is accelerating the world’s transition to personalised medicine. We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our team, who will own features end-to-end, from early discovery and technical input through design, implementation, testing, and release. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and shipping production software, a product-first approach to engineering, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping production software
• Experience with languages and frameworks such as Go, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• Ability to work in small, high-trust teams and collaborate closely with other engineers
• Product-first approach to engineering
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and contributing to early-stage thinking
• Ability to balance speed with quality and make pragmatic decisions around technical debt, testing, and documentation
