We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the successful delivery of symmetrical speeds to 20+ million Internet customers. The ideal candidate will have understanding in advancing program requirements, devising detailed tech-oriented plans, tracking the programs' progress, and managing the stakeholders involved.
Requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope and timeline
- Develop and manage program schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders
- Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time
- Conduct quality checks to ensure a positive Customer Experience
- Ability to review large excel data files and analyze results and then work with required groups through resolution
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects and blockers/ issues
- Manage "Walk-On" stakeholder relationships and requirements through bi-weekly management meetings
- Identify and quickly escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project
