Job Description
Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a Change Management Lead for a 12-month consulting engagement focused on a large organizational transformation. This role involves designing and implementing change management strategies, leading communications, and working with a training team to facilitate adoption of changes within a client organization. The position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on understanding stakeholder readiness and measuring adoption rates.
Requirements
- Prior experience designing, developing and deploying change management strategies
- Minimum 7 years of experience in change management or project management within large enterprise organizations
- Prior consulting experience and client facing executive solutions experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
